Brandon Chen

Brandon Chen is the co-founder of an undisclosed developer tools startup focused on building an artificial intelligence coding agent. Prior to launching his own venture, he spent his entire engineering career building software products exclusively at early-stage technology companies backed by the startup accelerator Y Combinator. Specifically, Chen held software engineering roles at the smart home security company Kuna, which was part of the Winter 2014 batch, and the online education platform Virtually, from the Summer 2020 cohort. He recently transitioned into a founder role, partnering with his co-founder James to develop an accessible, terminal-based tool designed to assist users in autonomously building complex software projects. Chen's current professional focus centers entirely on leveraging artificial intelligence to create advanced developer tools that streamline the software engineering process for modern technical teams.
