Bolu Ben-Adeola

Bolu Ben-Adeola is the Co-Founder and CEO of Kenley, a Y Combinator-backed artificial intelligence platform for advisory firms, based between London, England, and San Francisco, California. Before launching his current startup, he built complex machine learning infrastructure for fixed-income markets at Bloomberg. He also served as a Tech Lead on the Security and Governance team at Palantir, where he directed engineering groups deployed across South Korea to address complex data challenges in heavy industry manufacturing. Ben-Adeola holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge and recently hosted an industry technology podcast featuring Juan Martin, the Head of Deep Generative AI at Boston Consulting Group. His current focus centers on expanding Kenley by recruiting full-stack software engineers at salaries up to $140,000 to develop enterprise AI agents for the financial services sector.
