Bobby Yerramilli-rao

Bobby Yerramilli-rao is the Chief Strategy Officer at Microsoft and the Co-founder of biomodal, based in the Greater Seattle Area. Appointed to his current executive position in 2020, he leads global corporate strategy and planning for the multinational technology corporation. Alongside his corporate duties, he remains involved with biomodal, an epigenetics company he co-founded that has secured over $100 million in venture funding from investors including Sequoia and GV. His prior professional experience includes serving as Co-founder and Managing Partner at Hermes Growth Partners, Corporate Strategy Director at Vodafone, and Partner at McKinsey & Company. He holds a doctorate in robotics from the University of Cambridge and a master's degree in engineering from the University of Oxford. Yerramilli-rao focuses on bridging enterprise software, telecommunications, and biotechnology to scale growth-stage ventures and guide global technology strategy.
