Bo Lu

Bo Lu is the Co-CEO and President of Clipboard Health, a healthcare staffing marketplace based in the San Francisco Bay Area, California. Prior to this role, he co-founded and served as CEO of FutureAdvisor, a digital wealth management platform that was acquired by BlackRock in 2015. Following the acquisition, Lu spent four years running FutureAdvisor as a business unit within BlackRock Solutions, drawing on his earlier experience as a Product Manager at Microsoft, where he secured two patents in mobile computing. He holds a computer science degree with highest honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and was recognized as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum in 2015. Today, his professional focus centers on scaling the Y Combinator and Sequoia Capital-backed Clipboard Health by optimizing operational efficiency within digital healthcare workforce marketplaces.
