BILL ULAMMANDAKH

Bill Ulammandakh is the Co-founder and CEO of ProhostAI, an artificial intelligence property management startup based in San Francisco, California. Before launching the company in 2024, he spent over nine years in data science roles, most notably serving as a Staff Data Scientist at Airbnb for more than six years. During his tenure at Airbnb, he developed machine learning products and secured three patents that drove hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue. He previously held a senior technical position at Etsy and earned his undergraduate degree in Economics and Neuroscience from Harvard University. At ProhostAI, he leads a five-person team that recently secured $2.6 million in funding from Y Combinator and Pear VC. His current focus centers on leveraging his extensive marketplace data science expertise to build automated software tools for short-term rental hosts.
