Bill Chen

Bill Chen is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RiskAngle, an enterprise software startup, and is currently based in Vancouver, Canada. Originally from Shanghai, he relocated to North America and later earned a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Columbia University, developing his foundational expertise in software engineering and systems architecture. Prior to launching his own venture, Chen worked at the Y Combinator-backed enterprise developer platform Retool, where he served as a Deployed Engineer and the APAC Technical Success Lead. During his tenure at the high-growth SaaS organization, he directly supported and managed complex technical partnerships for several major enterprise customers, specifically including technology leaders like Netflix, DoorDash, and Flexport. His professional background centers on engineering scalable internal tools, driving technical customer success initiatives, and developing enterprise software solutions for modern, high-growth technology organizations.
