Bill Ackman is a prominent figure in the world of finance, widely recognized as the founder and CEO of Pershing Square Capital Management L.P. Established in 2004, Pershing Square operates as a hedge fund primarily focused on activist investing. In his role, Ackman serves as both the chief executive and a portfolio manager, steering the firm's investment strategy and overseeing its operations.
