Bilal Farooqui

Bilal Farooqui is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sunny Health AI, an artificial intelligence healthcare concierge platform based in San Francisco, California. He recently led the company through a $2.8 million pre-seed funding round to develop technology that manages patient benefits, provider selection, and medical appointments. Prior to this role, Farooqui served as Vice President of Product at UnitedHealth Group, where he oversaw initiatives for its Rally Health and Optum divisions, and held the same title at RVO Health. His entrepreneurial background includes co-founding iJigg, a Y Combinator Summer 2007 alumni company that scaled its audio player technology to millions of users, and founding CrystalMD. Farooqui maintains an active presence in the early-stage venture ecosystem as an angel investor, focusing primarily on writing initial checks for pre-seed and seed-stage healthcare and technology startups.
