Bharath Kumar Reddy is the Co-Founder of Cone, a Y Combinator-backed work operating system for professional service businesses, based in Hyderabad, India. Founded in 2022, the eight-person startup focuses on automating proposals, billing, payments, finance, and accounting workflows for its clients. Previously, he served as a Founding Engineer and Principal Architect at Rialtic, where he led the engineering team to build a scalable healthcare claims platform that supported a $45 million Series A funding round. Before joining Rialtic, Reddy co-founded the conversational bot platform adaptive.team and held earlier technical roles at Cotiviti and Meditab Software. He holds a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology Madras. His professional background centers on engineering leadership and developing scalable B2B software platforms across the enterprise productivity and healthcare technology sectors.
