Benoit Menardo

Benoit Menardo is the Co-founder of Payflow, a financial technology startup based in Barcelona, Spain. Since launching the company in the first quarter of 2020 alongside Avinash Sukhwani, he has helped scale the platform to serve hundreds of corporate clients across Europe and Latin America. Under his leadership, the Y Combinator-backed enterprise participated in the Winter 2021 batch and has secured over €12 million in total funding, including an €8 million Series A round in 2022 to fund expansion into Colombia and Peru. Before establishing Payflow, Menardo worked as a Management Consultant at Bain & Company and held operational roles at the venture builder Rocket Internet. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and speaks eight languages, providing a strong global foundation for his current focus on developing B2B software solutions for employee financial wellness.
