Benoit Dageville is the Co-founder and President of Products at Snowflake, a pioneering cloud data platform currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area. Before establishing this enterprise software company in 2012 alongside Thierry Cruanes and Marcin Zukowski, he spent over a decade as a Lead Architect at Oracle focusing on parallel execution. The French computer scientist holds a doctorate in computer science from Pierre and Marie Curie University in Paris and has authored more than eighty patents in the database systems field. Under his technical leadership, Snowflake executed the largest software initial public offering in history at the time, raising over three billion dollars on the New York Stock Exchange during September 2020. Working alongside current Chief Executive Officer Sridhar Ramaswamy, he continues guiding the overarching product strategy and technical vision for this massive enterprise software company.
