Benjamin Kilimnik

Benjamin Kilimnik is the Chief Technology Officer at PAX, where he directs the technical infrastructure for high-frequency cryptocurrency trading and smart contract trading operations. Before assuming his current executive position, he served as a distributed systems software engineer at New Relic following the enterprise software company's December 2020 acquisition of Pixie Labs. During his tenure at Pixie Labs, Kilimnik operated as an early privacy engineer, developing foundational data architecture and systems for the technology startup prior to its successful corporate exit. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with additional coursework in economics from Brown University, where he concurrently worked as a cryptography and systems researcher. Kilimnik's professional background merges academic cryptography research with practical enterprise software engineering, maintaining a primary focus on secure distributed systems and advanced digital asset trading architecture.
