Benjamin Croc

Benjamin Croc is the Co-founder of BrioHR, a human resources technology company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He began his professional career in corporate finance at PwC before relocating to Malaysia in early 2011 to lead the global finance division of a French multinational corporation. After earning a Master of Business Administration from INSEAD in 2016, Croc transitioned into management consulting at McKinsey & Company, advising enterprise clients across the region until 2018. He subsequently joined Lazada in early 2018, gaining regional e-commerce and operational experience before establishing his own cloud software venture. Today, he directs the strategic growth of BrioHR as it scales its platform across multiple countries. His current focus centers on developing localized human resources software solutions for the Southeast Asian market, leveraging his background in global corporate strategy and finance.
