Benjamen Oladokun

Benjamen Oladokun is the Founder of Shekel Mobility, a B2B marketplace and financial platform for auto dealers based in Lagos, Nigeria. He began his entrepreneurial career at age 17 and has since developed deep expertise in growth strategy within the Sub-Saharan African mobility sector. Prior to his current venture, Oladokun led teams to launch regional mobility products that generated several million dollars in early commercial revenue. Under his executive leadership, Shekel Mobility participated in Y Combinator's Winter 2023 batch and has facilitated tens of millions of dollars in total transaction volume. In January 2024, he secured a $7 million seed funding round for the company, backed by institutional investors including Ventures Platform and MaC Venture Capital. Oladokun currently focuses on building the financial and operational infrastructure required to scale automotive retail operations across emerging African markets.
