Ben Towers

Ben Towers is the Co-Founder and CEO of Happl, an AI-powered employee engagement platform based in the United Kingdom. He began his entrepreneurial career at age 11 by founding Towers Design, a marketing agency he scaled to 26 employees before successfully exiting at age 18. Following this exit, Towers served as a Communications Director at GlaxoSmithKline and acted as an advisor on entrepreneurship for the UK Government and Royal Family. In 2020, he launched Happl, which raised over $2 million and became one of the youngest startups backed by Y Combinator in 2022. His early business success earned him recognition in the Forbes 30 Under 30 list and an upcoming MBE designation in 2026 for services to the startup community. Towers currently focuses on developing HR technology solutions that manage corporate benefits, recognition, and wellness for global enterprises.
