Ben Koska

Ben Koska is the Co-Founder of SF Tensor, an artificial intelligence hardware performance company, based in San Francisco, California. Prior to establishing his current venture in 2025, he served as the Head of Software Engineering at KOSKA GmbH from 2022 to 2025, where he managed technical operations and software development. His earlier career includes roles as Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of a stealth compiler startup between 2023 and 2024, Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of a stealth financial technology enterprise from 2020 to 2021, and Software Engineer at Scribbly from 2018 to 2020. As an AI researcher, he specializes in low-level hardware optimization, large-scale distributed training, and the development of small language models for on-edge computing environments. Koska currently focuses on advancing high-performance computing infrastructure through GPU kernel optimization and applying artificial intelligence to aerospace engineering simulations.
