Prior to his tenure in the investment sector, Doolan worked as a lobbyist and policy analyst at Brownstein Hyatt Mackie in Washington, D.C., navigating intricate regulatory environments and public policy initiatives. He established his quantitative foundation at Georgetown University, completing academic studies in physics, classics, and data science. Today, Doolan combines this unique academic background with his professional expertise in consumer markets to deliver actionable strategic insights across the finance and government sectors.
