Ben Brandt

Ben Brandt is a tech entrepreneur and software developer currently serving as the Co-founder of Ledgy in Zurich, Switzerland. He transitioned into software engineering and technology entrepreneurship after studying physics at ETH Zurich, where he initially met his future co-founder Yoko Spirig. At Ledgy, Brandt helped build a B2B SaaS equity management platform that has secured over $30 million in total venture funding, including a $22 million Series B round led by New Enterprise Associates and backed by Sequoia Capital in September 2022. The fintech software is utilized by major European scale-ups such as Trade Republic, Kry, and Bitpanda to efficiently manage their cap tables and employee ownership programs. Brandt currently focuses on expanding the software company's operational footprint across the United Kingdom and broader European markets while continuously advancing its core financial technology infrastructure.
