Bar Geron

Bar Geron is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Balance, a B2B payments and checkout platform operating across Tel Aviv, Israel, and New York. Since launching the company out of stealth mode in February 2021, he has led the firm to secure over $87 million in total venture funding to scale its e-commerce infrastructure. Under his direct leadership, Balance closed a $56 million Series B funding round in July 2022 led by Forerunner Ventures, following earlier strategic investments from Stripe, Ribbit Capital, and Lightspeed Venture Partners. Prior to establishing Balance, Geron operated as a serial entrepreneur founding and scaling multiple ventures across the financial technology and healthcare IT sectors. Combining formal training in industrial engineering with a philosophical approach to business, his current focus centers on modernizing complex B2B payment workflows and digital checkout solutions.
