Axel La Pira

Axel La Pira is the CEO and Founder of HireGlide, an early-stage recruiting technology software startup based in Paris, France. Prior to formally establishing this human resources technology venture in 2023, he spent approximately two years working directly alongside the executive team as a CEO Founder Associate at Alan. During his operational tenure at the European digital health insurance provider, Alan achieved unicorn status and reached a peak valuation of $2.7 billion in 2021. Before entering the healthtech and insurtech sectors, he completed his undergraduate academic training by earning a joint Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Philosophy from the University of Oxford. La Pira currently focuses on the human resources software sector, leveraging his technical background and operational experience to build a platform that aims to transform corporate recruiting into a highly efficient marketplace.
