Avinash Sukhwai

Avinash Sukhwani is the Co-founder of Payflow, a financial technology startup based in Madrid, Spain. Since launching the company alongside Benoit Menardo in early 2020, he has helped secure over €12 million in venture funding, including an €8 million Series A round in January 2022. The Y Combinator-backed platform currently provides earned wage access and flexible compensation benefits to hundreds of corporate clients across Spain, Portugal, and Latin America. Prior to establishing Payflow, Sukhwani worked as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group and gained operational experience in venture building at Rocket Internet. His academic background includes technical and business studies at the University of Cambridge, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and Imperial College London. His current focus centers on scaling B2B software solutions and expanding financial technology infrastructure throughout Southern Europe and emerging markets.
