Atharva Padhye

Atharva Padhye is the Co-founder of the technology startup getcrux, having originally launched the venture while completing his undergraduate studies in India. He holds a degree in Renewable Energy Engineering from IIT Bombay, where he also headed Mood Indigo, widely recognized as Asia's largest college festival. During his tenure leading the student festival, Padhye spearheaded the development of a first-of-its-kind 3D campus metaverse experience that successfully generated 100,000 views within a two-day period. Prior to committing to entrepreneurship on a full-time basis, he gained initial corporate experience working in risk analytics at Citibank. He subsequently declined a formal management consulting job offer from Bain & Company to focus entirely on scaling his newly founded enterprise. Today, his professional background bridges renewable energy engineering, corporate risk analytics, and the development of immersive digital technology platforms.
