Ashi Agrawal is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Kobalt Labs, an AI-powered risk and compliance platform based in New York, United States. Founded in 2023, her six-person company provides third-party risk review and regulatory compliance software tailored for financial institutions. The B2B enterprise software startup participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2023 batch and subsequently secured institutional backing from the a16z Scout Fund and the global NVIDIA Inception Program. Before launching Kobalt Labs, Agrawal worked as a software engineer specializing in infrastructure and extensible systems during her previous tenures at Affirm, Nuna, and Meta. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Stanford University.
