Arsh Shah Dilbagi

Arsh Shah Dilbagi is the Founder and CEO of Adaline, an artificial intelligence infrastructure startup based in San Francisco, California. Before launching his current venture, he gained global recognition as a 2014 Google Science Fair finalist and a 2016 Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree for inventing an affordable breath-to-speech communication device. He subsequently earned a degree in Operations Research and Financial Engineering from Princeton University in 2022 before transitioning into enterprise software development. Under his leadership, Adaline raised a $2.5 million seed round in 2024 and launched its core large language model platform in March 2026. The company recently secured a partnership with a Fortune 500 firm and has collaborated with researchers at the Stanford AI Lab. Dilbagi currently focuses on scaling machine learning data infrastructure and developing ethical artificial intelligence solutions for enterprise applications.
