Arnav Joshi

Arnav Joshi is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Refactor, a Y Combinator-backed startup developing secure artificial intelligence agents for enterprise applications. Under his leadership, the company deploys large language models and autonomous systems for clients in the healthcare, retail, and logistics sectors, including enterprises generating over $50 billion in annual revenue and serving tens of millions of customers. Prior to founding Refactor, Joshi earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Stanford University. His technical background includes conducting autonomous driving research at NVIDIA and completing a software engineering internship at Amazon, where he built a specialized computer vision tool. Joshi currently focuses his professional efforts on bridging the gap between advanced artificial intelligence research and commercial deployment by building reliable autonomous systems for large-scale corporate infrastructure.
