Arjan Guglani

Arjan Guglani is the CEO and Founder of Gander, an artificial intelligence startup focused on the aviation sector, based in New York, New York. He established the seven-employee enterprise in 2024 to develop specialized large language models and automation software designed specifically for private jet operators. Gander participated in the Fall 2024 batch of the startup accelerator Y Combinator, working alongside primary partner Garry Tan, before the technology platform was subsequently acquired. Prior to launching this venture, Guglani gained operational and investment experience through professional roles at major commercial carriers United Airlines and American Airlines, as well as the prominent software-focused venture capital firm Insight Partners.
