Anvisha Pai

Anvisha Pai is the San Francisco-based co-founder of Dover, an artificial intelligence recruiting platform for growing startups. Founded in 2019 and backed by Y Combinator and Founders Fund, the company has secured over $20 million in venture funding to automate talent acquisition. Under her leadership in product development and engineering, Dover has served more than 500 corporate clients, including Stripe, and processed millions of candidate applications. Prior to launching this enterprise software business, Pai held engineering and product management roles at Dropbox and worked at several early-stage technology startups. She recently directed the rollout of AI-native recruiting tools like Dover Autopilot, which utilizes large language models for candidate sourcing and automated applicant sorting. Pai holds a computer science degree from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and remains focused on building automated software to streamline corporate hiring workflows.
