Anushka Idamekorala

Anushka Idamekorala is the Co-founder and Chief Technology Officer at Logical, a technology startup based in Charlottesville, Virginia. Before establishing this new venture, he spent three years directing software engineering teams focused on building and scaling business-to-business SaaS products. Seeking to deepen his technical expertise, he transitioned from his industry leadership roles to enroll in the Computer Science Department at the University of Virginia in August 2022. While studying at the institution, his academic research emphasized artificial intelligence and machine learning applications, with a primary specialization in developing context-aware time-series forecasting models. As a technology entrepreneur, he now oversees the engineering architecture and technical product roadmap for the Logical software platform. Idamekorala focuses on bridging the gap between advanced academic machine learning research and practical software engineering to scale modern business-to-business technology solutions.
