Anna Wang

Anna Wang is the Co-Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Searchlight, an artificial intelligence talent platform based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The enterprise software company secured a $17 million Series A funding round in 2021 led by venture capital firm Accel before being acquired by the educational technology firm Multiverse in the spring of 2024. Prior to launching her own venture, she held various roles in software engineering, product management, and business consulting at Google and McKinsey. She earned both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Artificial Intelligence from Stanford University, where she served as Class President and lectured on AI ethics. Wang's professional work currently focuses on the intersection of machine learning, enterprise software development, and ethics-informed technology deployment within the broader human resources sector.
