Anish Raj Sikka

Anish Raj Sikka is the Founder of Hiration, a career technology platform designed to assist job seekers globally with resume building and professional development. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from IIT Delhi and a Master of Business Administration from IIM Calcutta, which preceded his early career as a management consultant at Boston Consulting Group. Transitioning into the technology startup ecosystem, Sikka became a founding team member of ZO Rooms, a rapid-growth hotel aggregator. During his tenure there, he helped scale the hospitality startup from ten to six hundred employees and secure more than $30 million in venture funding before its successful acquisition in under two years. His current focus centers on leveraging his prior expertise in scaling high-growth operations to expand Hiration's global footprint within the competitive human resources technology sector.
