Anir Prativadi

Anir Prativadi is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of ValueMate, a business-to-business real estate technology startup currently based in the San Francisco Bay Area. At ValueMate, he leads a two-person team in the Spring 2025 cohort to develop a proprietary artificial intelligence engine specifically designed for the property appraisal industry. In his current executive capacity, Prativadi directs corporate strategy, scales daily operations, and drives overall growth and process improvement initiatives for the early-stage technology firm. Before transitioning into the property technology sector, he operated as a profitable music entrepreneur, building independent media ventures that successfully reached an audience of over 100,000 listeners worldwide. Educated at Carnegie Mellon University, Prativadi currently focuses on leveraging his background in scaling consumer ventures to build and deploy automated, enterprise-grade artificial intelligence valuation tools for the broader real estate market.
