Anguel Hristozov

Anguel Hristozov is the Co-Founder and CTO of Clidey, a B2B software startup backed by Y Combinator based in Glasgow, Scotland. Founded in 2025 as part of YC's Spring batch, the four-employee company recently raised $500,000 to develop a real-time organizational modeling and DevOps platform. Prior to launching his venture, he gained full-stack development experience building complex financial and enterprise software at major institutions, including Palantir, J.P. Morgan, and Morgan Stanley. His early technology career involved managing his high school's laptop fleet before transitioning to develop financial software designed to help prevent a recurrence of the 2008 financial crisis. Holding a Master of Science in Software Engineering with First Class Honours from the University of Glasgow, he currently focuses on advancing automation tools like Docucod while actively mentoring students and organizing local tech meetups.
