Andrew Chung

Andrew Chung is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Typa, an artificial intelligence startup previously known as Weavel. Prior to launching his current venture, he studied electrical and computer engineering at Seoul National University before taking a formal leave of absence during his junior year to pursue full-time technology entrepreneurship. Chung previously spent two consecutive years leading product and engineering teams across various early-stage technology initiatives. As an experienced software developer, he possesses hands-on technical expertise in building cross-platform applications spanning artificial intelligence, virtual reality, web, and mobile environments. At Typa, he currently directs both the product development and engineering functions to manage and scale the company's core software offerings. His professional background is defined by early-stage technical leadership and a current focus on developing emerging artificial intelligence applications for modern digital platforms.
