Andrew Airelobhegbe

Andrew Airelobhegbe is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lenco, a business-to-business digital bank based in Lagos, Nigeria. He established the financial technology company in 2021 to provide multi-currency accounts and expense management tools, eventually leading the startup through the Y Combinator Winter 2022 accelerator batch. Under his leadership, Lenco has grown to a team of approximately 13 employees and currently serves thousands of small and medium-sized enterprises across the broader African market. Prior to his current venture, Airelobhegbe served as the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of OyaPay, a mobile payment and point-of-sale startup that operated from 2017 to 2019. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Benin, providing a technical foundation for his ongoing focus on developing cross-border payment infrastructure and corporate digital banking solutions.
