Andres Gutierrez

Andres Gutierrez is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Tpaga, a mobile payments fintech company, and operates out of Bogotá, Colombia. As a two-time serial entrepreneur in the regional technology sector, he previously co-founded Tappsi, a leading Colombian taxi-hailing application that successfully executed a strategic merger with Easy Taxi. Gutierrez holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Beyond his primary executive duties, he maintains active governance roles by holding board seats at three Latin American technology startups, including Mi Megafono and Ozon, as well as one professional soccer team in Colombia. Additionally, he is an official member of FC Barcelona. His current focus centers on scaling regional financial technology infrastructure while advising emerging mobility and sports management ventures across the broader Latin American startup ecosystem.
