Andie Cruz

Andie Cruz is the Co-founder and Chief Growth Officer of MadEats, a delivery-only restaurant group based in Metro Manila, Philippines. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Ateneo de Manila University in 2017 before entering the food and beverage sector. Alongside co-founders Mikee Villareal and Keisha Lao, Cruz launched the full-stack ghost kitchen operation in 2020 to manage in-house virtual brands and a proprietary delivery fleet. The startup participated in the Y Combinator accelerator program and subsequently secured a $1.7 million seed funding round to scale its regional logistics. Her work in digital marketing and brand strategy earned her a spot on the Forbes 30 Under 30 Asia list for Retail and Ecommerce in 2022. Cruz currently focuses on expanding food technology infrastructure, optimizing cloud kitchen operations, and driving e-commerce growth across the Southeast Asian market.
