Ananth Kashyap

Ananth Kashyap is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Sureform, an artificial intelligence and robotics data solutions startup based in Palo Alto, California. Founded in 2025, the two-employee company focuses on gathering real-world training data to support the development of AI foundation models and robotics systems. Under his leadership, Sureform connects skilled trade workers across various physical workplaces, including hotels, warehouses, and restaurants, directly to robotics laboratories for task-specific data collection. Prior to launching his current venture with backing from Y Combinator, Kashyap gained professional experience in the technology sector by working at Google. He completed his higher education at the University of Pennsylvania, establishing a technical background before transitioning into the enterprise software sector. Kashyap currently focuses on bridging the gap between physical labor environments and advanced machine learning research through specialized data acquisition strategies.
