AMY XIAO

Amy Xiao is the Co-founder and CEO of Cloudglue, an AI developer tools startup based in San Francisco, California. Backed by Y Combinator's Summer 2024 cohort, the three-person company provides application programming interfaces enabling large language models to process video and audio content. Previously, she served as a Machine Learning Solutions Architect at Arize AI, advising Fortune 500 companies on production model observability. Her earlier experience includes working as a Machine Learning Infrastructure Engineer at Snap Inc., contributing to the visual search product Scan, and completing a 2017 internship at AWS. Xiao began her career in 2016 as one of the first ten Machine Learning Research Engineers at Borealis AI after studying mathematics and physics at the University of Toronto. Her professional background centers on machine learning infrastructure, artificial intelligence observability, and enterprise developer tools.
