Aman Gour

Aman Gour is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of FurtherAI, an enterprise technology startup developing artificial intelligence and workflow automation solutions. Prior to establishing his current venture, he served as the Co-founder of TurboHire, a specialized recruitment automation software platform that he scaled to generate over $1 million in annual recurring revenue. Before transitioning into his career as a serial entrepreneur within the software sector, Gour gained corporate engineering and product experience working as a Product Manager at Microsoft. He completed his formal undergraduate education in India by earning a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology Bombay. Drawing upon approximately ten years of professional experience across multiple industries, his current executive focus remains centered on building scalable artificial intelligence products that streamline complex enterprise workflow automation systems.
