Alvaro Rivera

Alvaro Rivera is the Co-Founder and CEO of Codes Health, an artificial intelligence startup based in New York, New York. Founded in 2024 alongside co-founder Cody Durr, the early-stage company participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2024 batch. Rivera leads corporate strategy, execution, and daily operations for a team of up to twelve employees, backed by prominent venture capital firms including Haystack and General Catalyst. Under his leadership, the enterprise leverages machine learning to automate medical record retrieval and coding processes for the healthcare, insurance, and personal injury law sectors. The platform has scaled its operations since its initial launch, reportedly doubling its processing volume on a consistent month-over-month basis. Rivera currently focuses on scaling early-stage revenue cycle management solutions and expanding the broader application of artificial intelligence within complex medical data collection workflows.
