Alix Maurin

Alix Maurin is the Founder and Co-CEO of RentFlow, a commercial real estate fintech startup based in San Francisco. The company, which participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2024 batch with a three-person founding team, provides a financing solution that allows small business tenants to split rent into revenue-synced installments. Maurin and her co-founder Joseph Thalinjan developed the platform to address a structural market mismatch where approximately 50% of small businesses are late on rent payments. Before launching RentFlow, she spent three years as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company specializing in fintech strategy and business banking. Her earlier career includes operational roles at Uber and Amazon, and she holds a Master's in Management from ESSEC Business School. Maurin currently focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence and bank transaction data to improve tenant underwriting and cash flow management.
