Alisha Fredriksson is the Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Seabound, a climate technology startup based in London, United Kingdom. She established the venture-backed company in late 2021 to develop carbon capture equipment for commercial ships, securing financial support from Y Combinator and Lowercarbon Capital. Under her leadership, the firm successfully completed its first commercial pilot testing carbon capture technology on a container ship in early 2024, following her recognition on the 2023 Forbes 30 Under 30 Europe list. Previously, Fredriksson launched a climate program and built global partnerships at Generation, a non-profit organization founded by McKinsey & Company.
