Alexey Taktarov

Alexey Taktarov is the Chief Technology Officer at Fira and is currently based in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Previously, he served as the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of the consumer SaaS platform resume.io from 2014 until 2021. During his seven-year tenure, he directed the technical development of the platform, successfully scaling its global user base from zero to over 45 million users before the company was acquired in 2021. In addition to his corporate leadership roles, Taktarov is an active open-source software developer and the original author of Wouter, a minimalist routing library for the React ecosystem that currently generates more than 800,000 monthly downloads. He also frequently participates as a technology conference speaker, sharing his insights on modern software architecture.
