Alexander Stroe

Alexander Stroe is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Patent Watch, an early-stage legal technology and B2B software company based in Mississauga, Ontario. Prior to establishing this intellectual property venture, he built a professional background in performance advertising and digital marketing. In his capacity as a digital marketer, he managed and deployed more than $1 million in total advertising spend across various media buying campaigns. His professional experience also extends into the financial markets, where he previously secured and actively day-traded proprietary funded accounts. He currently leads a two-person team at Patent Watch, which is preparing for participation in a Fall 2025 startup programming cohort to advance its enterprise software. Stroe focuses on scaling his legal technology platform by applying his quantitative background in high-budget media buying and proprietary trading to the B2B software sector.
