Alexander Schober

Alexander Schober is the Co-founder of Codyco, an artificial intelligence hospitality technology startup based in Munich, Germany. Backed by Y Combinator as part of the F25 batch, his company develops AI phone receptionists for hotel groups and recently secured $1 million in seed funding. Previously, he worked at Siemens, where he engineered one-class anomaly detection models for federated learning utilizing PyTorch and Ray. During his tenure, he scaled an initial €60,000 proof-of-concept into a major enterprise initiative, generating over €500,000 in signed contracts and a pipeline exceeding €1 million. He also standardized operational processes across 17 business units for a rollout reaching 50,000 employees and served as a co-founder associate at Motius. His current focus centers on leveraging artificial intelligence and knowledge graphs to build scalable enterprise software and automated reservation systems.
