Alexander Gabourie

Alexander Gabourie is the CTO and Co-Founder of DeepSim, Inc., an AI physics simulation startup based in Mountain View, California. He holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering from Stanford University, where he specialized in nanoscale thermal simulations and multiscale thermal transport. Gabourie brings over 10 years of highly technical experience in the semiconductor industry, focusing on device fabrication, GPU computing, and molecular dynamics. At DeepSim, he works alongside CEO Connor McClellan to develop AI-accelerated thermal management tools within a four-person engineering team backed by the Y Combinator Summer 2024 batch. The company, originally founded in 2020, is currently validating its proprietary thermal simulator technology in a strategic partnership with Intel. His current focus centers on leveraging deep tech and artificial intelligence to optimize complex thermal management and design processes for advanced next-generation semiconductor chips.
