Alexander Densley

Alexander Densley is the Founder and Chief Technology Officer of Permitify, an artificial intelligence software company based in Utah. Drawing from a family background in residential construction, he studied computer science and initially developed custom software solutions for local builders while completing his education. Densley subsequently co-founded a permit-expediting service alongside Adam Chandler, which rapidly scaled to over $40,000 in annual recurring revenue across six states within its first month of operation. Identifying a broader market need for automated compliance tools, he established Permitify in 2025 to address systemic inefficiencies in building plan reviews. The two-employee startup was subsequently selected to participate in the Y Combinator Winter 2025 batch. Densley currently focuses on leveraging artificial intelligence to streamline the construction permitting process and resolve complex regulatory bottlenecks for residential developers.
