Alex Mittal

Alex Mittal is the Co-Founder and CEO of FundersClub and Managing Director at FCVC, based in San Francisco, California. Since launching the online venture capital platform in 2012, he has facilitated capital deployment into more than 300 early-stage startups, including notable technology companies like Coinbase, Instacart, and Slack. Prior to his career in venture capital, he served as the founding CEO of Innova Dynamics, a venture-backed touchscreen hardware company that was acquired by TPK Holding in 2015. He also previously operated as the founding CTO of the identity verification startup Crederity. A Y Combinator alumnus, he holds dual bachelor's degrees in economics and engineering from the Wharton School and the University of Pennsylvania. His current focus centers on managing early-stage venture investments across the enterprise software, financial technology, consumer technology, and artificial intelligence sectors.
