Alex Matthews

Alex Matthews is the Co-Founder and Technical CPO of Remade, an artificial intelligence visual content startup based in San Francisco, California. Founded in 2024, the four-person B2B software company participated in the Y Combinator Summer 2024 batch alongside co-founders Christos Antonopoulos and Rehan Sheikh. In his current executive role, Matthews oversees the technical development of a generative AI web application that transforms low-quality product photos into professional marketing assets by specifically utilizing advanced diffusion models. Before launching Remade, he built and scaled multiple independent entrepreneurial ventures that collectively generated over £700,000 in early revenue and venture funding. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from the University of Cambridge, providing the necessary technical foundation for his current focus on automating creative workflows and visual content marketing for consumer e-commerce businesses.
