Alex Forman is the Founder of Parse, an emerging web automation and developer tools platform, and is currently based in Berkeley, California. He began his software engineering trajectory as a self-taught programmer at age twelve by developing automated sneaker bots for various online retail platforms. Forman subsequently enrolled at the University of California, Berkeley to study within the Berkeley Engineering program before ultimately dropping out to pursue his technology startup full-time. In August, he officially launched Parse to provide software developers with scalable infrastructure for programmatic internet interaction and complex data scraping. The platform experienced rapid early adoption, successfully scaling to acquire 30,000 active users within the first three weeks of its initial public release. Forman’s current professional focus remains entirely on expanding Parse and advancing enterprise-grade infrastructure for web automation and programmatic data extraction.
